With reference to this information we inform you that: 1. the information will be used for the purposes connected to the implementation of the contractual relationship and for the subsequent legal compliance; it will in addition be used for the possible sending of advertising/promotional relevant to initiatives and to prices of the undersigned organization; 2. the information will be used in written form on paper, magnetic, electronic or screen-based medium, in each case by means of the use of appropriate instruments suitable for guaranteeing the security and privacy of the information itself; 3. the conferring of information on its part remains optional, nonetheless being necessary for the establishment and the implementation of the contractual relation, the possible refusal to provide it or to its subsequent use could bring only a partial implementation of the relation itself or the inability of the undersigned to commence the relation itself; 4. The personal information given by you could be communicated to third parties, considered suitable by the hotel organization, which will carry out the use of it, on our behalf, and therefore in relation to the contractual aims, guaranteeing in each case the security and privacy of the information itself. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, the amendment where, i.e. when there is interest, and the inclusion of the information; b) the cancellation, the alteration in anonymous form or the blocking of information used in contravention of the law, including that of which the preservation is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the information has been gathered or subsequently used; c) the declaration that the procedures of letters a) and b) have been made privy, also as regards their content, of those to whom the information has been communicated to or circulated to, excepting the case in which this compliance proves to be impossible or which brings a use of means obviously disproportionate with respect to the protected right. 4. The interested party has the right to object, in all or in part: a) for lawful reasons of the use of personal information which concerns them, although relevant to the aim of the collection; b) the use of personal information which concerns them with the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communication. |
